Order Cancellation and Processing Policy

Order Cancellation Timeframe

Customers may request to cancel their order within 7 days after placing it. If the cancellation request is submitted before the order is shipped and within the specified timeframe, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.

Order Processing Time

The merchant commits to processing and arranging shipment of orders within 3 business days after receiving them. In case of delays due to special circumstances, the merchant will communicate with the customer promptly.

Customers must submit cancellation requests through the website’s designated channels or customer service.

If the cancellation request is submitted before the order is shipped and within the allowed cancellation timeframe, the merchant will cancel the order unconditionally and process the refund.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, customers may apply for a return or exchange in accordance with the website’s return policy (if applicable).

Our Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We accept returns on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged/defective item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
